I would often experience a minor headache eventually turning into migraine right after working in front of my desktop and/or laptop especially when I work during night time. My husband says the reason of my migraine is because of switching from reading at my laptop to reading on my mobile phone and going back to the desktop. I'm starting to believe it's true because I tire easily when I do it.
My eyes hurt after 2 hours of working in front of my computer. It could also be caused by stress and fatigue. |
