ChocoVit: Multivitamins in Chocolate Flavor

Does your kid love chocolate? I know mine do and they're crazy over it. The moment they see any type of chocolate, they would ask me immediately if they could eat it. Of course, sometimes I say yes and sometimes I say no. It's hard to say no sometimes because I would literally see the happiness instantly disappear on their faces. 

Another question, how about vitamins? Are your kids crazy over it?  In my case, after giving my kids some vitamins, I would always see that "maasim" or sour face from them and then they would drink water immediately.

Why I Love Tin Cans Over Boxes

I super love tin cans and my son, too! Tin cans are very economical, safe for the environment, and they're long-lasting! My son currently has a few tin cans of his own where he keeps his precious Pokemon cards. I also have a tin can of my own where I put my sewing kit. The red tin can was given to me as a gift where there's a moisturizer and a small face towel inside, which was really nice and unique.

Lemon Water, Weight Loss, and More

I wrote a previous blog post about lemon water helping my menstruation period. It’s been a week now since I’ve been drinking lemon water and I have to say I really feel great, better than last week. Just to give light on my situation last week, I was having some mild palpitations whenever I eat (rice and a viand). I also have no energy to walk and I often experience vaginal itching. Thankfully, everything I have mentioned are gone ( as of now ) including the feminine itching, plus, I always go to the bathroom to urinate twice as much compared before which is good for my body.  Of course, aside from lemon water, I also added some fiber in my diet such as cereals in the morning with low-fat milk or a sandwich using wheat bread.
