Mother’s Day at Rizal Park Hotel

It’s the time of the year again when we celebrate the superwomen of our lives – the one day that’s all about her. Mother’s Day is just around the corner and it is best to plan this special occasion ahead. This time, my kids' examination period has just ended and the preparations for our village's trick or treat was a bit stressful for me so I thought it's time to use my free overnight stay that Zen Rooms offered me so we could relax before the new semester begins. 

Hotel Review: Armada Hotel Manila 2019

Last July 27, we decided to stay at the Armada Hotel in Malate, Manila simply to relax and unwind with the kids. I was also reading some good comments on Facebook about the hotel so I thought we should try it out. Thanks to our Agoda points, we were able to book it for less than half its original price.

Since we checked in at Aloha Hotel for Black Saturday, I was looking for another hotel where we could celebrate an Easter party the next day and the only place that offered a convenient time for us was Midas Hotel, plus their tickets were reasonably priced (P999 good for 1 kid and 1 adult). I will blog about this soon.

Buffet Breakfast at the Cafe in the Park

We booked a room in Century Park Hotel with a free breakfast buffet because I wanted to try Cafe at the Park's buffet breakfast. We arrived at the place at around 9AM on a Monday morning. There were not many people around, but it was okay.

During our 3D2N stay at the Century Park Hotel, we went to the Atrium Lounge to claim our free welcome drinks provided by the hotel when we checked in. They said we can claim it whenever we want so we claimed it on the 2nd day.

Hotel Review: Century Park Hotel Manila 2018

Last March 31, we decided to spend a nice and relaxing Easter weekend staycation in Century Park Hotel Manila used to be known as Century Park Sheraton. The hotel opened, I believe, in 1974 and it's strategically situated just beside SM Store and Harrison Plaza which now also houses a Shopwise branch. Knowing that this hotel is just walking distance to Harison Plaza is one of the reasons why we decided to stay so that we could buy the things or food that we needed.
