My Childhood Days

When I was a little girl, I’ve always been “big boned” and got plenty of body fat. I had no problems with my health because I was an active child. I love running with my friends, always in the playground after school since there was a playground at the back of our house, did some sports like swimming, tennis, table tennis, and a lot more. Well, we used to live in a compound where sports facilities are available to residents so exploring different sports is easy. So to supply myself with energy, I eat lots of rice.

2018 Pyromusical Experience in S Maison

It was the end of the school year and we decided to end it with a bang! So yesterday, we went to see the 9th Pyromusical Olympics that was held every year in SM By the Bay at the Mall of Asia, but we decided to try viewing it along the veranda at S Maison in Conrad Hotel that's located just across the bay (near the MOA Eye). It's our first time to go to S Maison, but I've heard it's a nice place to view the fireworks so we decided to venture into it.

What made us choose S Maison to view the fireworks instead of Mall of Asia is simply because the restaurants there accept table reservations via phone even without any downpayment, and they're quite easy to talk to. Veranda restaurants in Mall of Asia require a downpayment to be paid to the store before the event date which is quite a hassle for us.

Our restaurant of choice was Harry's Cafe de Wheels, an Australian restaurant where they serve meat pies, burgers, hotdogs, waffles, and a lot more. I simply thought my kids would like their menu better than other high-end restaurants has to offer.

Photobook: Photo Albums Made Easier

Back in the 90s, I used to be a collector of photo albums where I put my high school pictures. I would simply go to the Kodak store, give them the film to develop for printing, and then they give me the pictures. When I get home, I organize the pictures on the photo album. It sounds like tedious work, yes? Well, when I was younger, it was not. But now, it does sound tedious work especially if you don't have any more time to do so.

A Peek Inside the Philippine's National Museum of Anthropology

It was my children's educational field trip and I decided to tag along because the National Museum is included as one of their destinations. I've never been to the National Museum so I was pretty excited.

When we arrived, we were notified that the other building of the museum was closed where the famous "Spoliarium" of Juan Luna is being displayed, so  I got a bit sad and disappointed, but a tour inside the Museum of Anthropology was quite interesting.

My Amazon Items Delivered Right At My Door Step in the Philippines

I was excited to receive an Amazon gift card, which I received electronically worth $50 as payment from one of my blogging assignments. It's my first time to shop at Amazon, so I was pretty excited.  I went to Amazon.com, did some shopping, and got overwhelmed by their vast selections. At first, I was thinking of getting some clothes for myself, but the mom in me wanted to buy toys for my kids (ages 5 and 10, daughter and son) that aren't usually available in the local market or department stores to make them more special.

Yoins: Your Online Clothing Store

Online shopping sites have popped up everywhere and I can't blame them. I have been an avid customer of online shopping sites because of its convenience and easy payment methods and terms. I'm definitely happier when their seasonal sale has arrived bundled with freebies.
