A Visit to Mister Donut Megamall Branch (plus a giveaway!)

First of all, I only leave the house if and only if I know my destination is worth going to especially if my destination is in SM Megamall. Commuting from Paranaque means I have to waste 1½ -2 hours on traffic just by going there. But since Mister Donut invited me to check out their new products, I simply can't just say no. I have been a fan of their products since I was in grade school so...yeah, I decided to go. :)

In these couple of years, I've only been purchasing Mister Donut products in nearby 7-11 stores so when I saw Mister Donut in SM Megamall, it was like a breath of fresh air for me to see so many yummy donuts in one place! I also noticed the Japanese translation beneath the Mister Donut sign so I thought, "Wow, sossy!"

Aside from donuts, I also noticed they offer lots of food varieties in their shop. Here are some pictures I took for you to have a better look:

I tried their Wintermelon milk tea and the flavor was a bit too strong for me at first sip. But after a while, I got used to it and I was quenching for more after I drank all of it.

 Their menu
After seeing their menu from the counter, I realized that Mister Donut is a great place to have breakfast at any time of the day - perfect for night shift  workers.

All-day breakfast!
I was drooling when I saw how good their  breakfast meals looked like in the picture especially the continental breakfast. The Croissantwich looks tempting, too!
Pancakes in Mister Donut!

The donuts:

The famous Pon De Ring

I tried Pon De Ring for the very first time today and they were quite a delight! Their dough was a bit light and chewy. I just love them. Thinking back, I wish I should have ordered more.

Rolls! Perfect for baon
While I was waiting for my donuts, I want to mention that their  house-blend calamansi iced tea (P35) was refreshingly delicious! ^_^

These are the treats that I got. I was so excited to bring them home because I know the kids will go crazy over them.

P100 only per box! Great pasalubong for the kids!

A closer look at the Despicable Me smidget

The filling is a wee bit similar to bavarian, but it's actually banana-flavored.

My little tot finished 2 donuts in less than 5 minutes! Wow.

That's all! Thank you, Mister Donut, for the refreshing experience and for making my family happy today. I really, really, really wish you would open a branch here in the southern Manila area preferably Paranaque or Alabang!
