Yesterday, I was invited to see the ribbon-cutting of the Great Escapes Travel Fair in Glorietta, Makati. About 20 travel agencies and hotels participated in this event together with some food booths. It was a nice experience because unlike major travel expos, I wasn't overwhelmed with the number of booths. I went around feeling relaxed and simply asked questions with what the booths had to offer.

| Some food booths and interesting travel accessories can be found here. I really liked the Star Wars socks and the Corn and Lemons booth. The corn was really sweet and yummy. The Green Coffee was interesting, too, because it's coffee mixed with mangosteen, moringa, bitter melon, and other healthy stuff. They say it's good coffee even for diabetics. |

It's great to come to these events once in a while most especially if you're planning a family getaway or a company outing because you might just get big discounts from participating agencies and hotels.
