Forti-D: Your Serious Protection Against Vitamin D Deficiency

We’ve all heard about the importance of Vitamin A (for eye sight), vitamin B (for growth), Vitamin C (for the immune system), but what about Vitamin D? Vitamin D plays an important and serious role in our health, too.

10 Moments Life Sucked Because Mom is Sick

Unilab has posted a new video about daddy doing mommy things. You can see the video in this link:

https://web.facebook.com/Unilab/videos/10154517497405829

The video simply shows that the dad is quite busy doing mommy stuff because his wife is sick so he's the one in charge taking care of the kids and the household. *sigh* I also remember the times when my own mother got sick. Although my dad didn't get all "busy" like that in the video because we had a helper in the house so she's the one charge of cooking and cleaning. But still, here are my 10 moments life sucked because mom is sick:

  1. We didn't get to see her during breakfast.
  2. No warm hugs before going to school.
  3. No warm hugs when we go home from school.
  4. No one to ask us how was our day.
  5. At the back of our minds, we always of think of when will mom get better.
  6. The house was quiet like there's no life in it.
  7. There was no one to talk to about anything.
  8. ...
  9. ...
  10. It's just different without mom.
Haha, sorry. I know I cheated, but I think you already got my point. It's just different when mom is sick or when someone in the family is sick. And that's when Unilab products come in. I make sure we always have the essential medicines in stock in the house like Biogesic for headaches or minor fever, Bioflu for flu, and Ceelin vitamins for the kids' daily need of Vitamin C.

Sickness is inevitable, but I believe in the following quote:

"It is better to look ahead and prepare than to look back and regret."

Have an Instantly Clean and Fresh Breath with Swish

As a work-at-home mother, my daily routine normally doesn't include talking to a great number of people in person. I usually talk to the ones I need to talk to either through chat, email, or through phone. But there was one time that really struck me and served as a wake-up call with regards to my oral hygiene, and that's when my husband and I were in a preschool to enroll our son. While we were talking to the principal for some question and answer, my husband whispered to me, "Hon, your breath smells like strong coffee."

Health Practices of My Family with Nutroplex

Every family has its practices when it comes to taking care of their health. Many years ago, my husband and I decided that when our son turned 4, we would enroll him to a sport that he loves every summer time.  We also considered it as a health practice for our children every summer so they learn new skills, be exposed outdoors, be more active, invoke social skills, and make the best out of summer like me and my husband did when we were young.

My Digestics Review

I actually found out about Digestics through Sample Room when they were featuring the product. Since I'm always curious about new products and I mostly suffer from constipation nowadays, I thought I'd give the product a try.

Product Review: Unilab's NASOCLEAR

First of all, thank you very much to Unilab for giving me an opportunity to review one of their products such as NASOCLEAR. I don't usually do product reviews because I mainly do food blogs, but I decided to do one because my 6-year-old son has allergic rhinitis so I'm quite eager to try out the product if it works. I'm going to be as honest as possible because I don't want to mislead my readers. Also, thank you again, Unilab, for the free Digestics. I still have lots of them in stock because I consume them while drinking milk, but having more stocks is definitely  not a problem.
